Mobile Optimised Imagery for Killeen
The brief As part of our collaboration with Nielsen Brandbank, we have been able to create mobile optimised images for many well-known brands, both here in the UK and beyond.
Our brief for all mobile optimisation is to enhance existing pack design to help consumers when it comes to online purchasing, especially when these items are viewed on devices such as tablets and smartphones.
One such project, for an Irish brand called Killeen, involved over 20 products, across five lines and in various pack sizes. The variety of the product range would prove to be the trickiest element when it came to ensuring a consistent look throughout.
The solution Using our extensive knowledge and background in food packaging, our dedicated mobile optimisation team started the enhancing process by decluttering unnecessary elements and emphasising the key call-outs, whilst still maintaining the integrity of the brand.
We sent an initial sample over for the client to review, which was very quickly approved. Based on the approved sample, we were able to roll out the range in a clear direction and with maximum efficiency.
As you can see the end result works on so many levels, it is instantly easier to view these products when online at small sizes and it now makes for a clear purchasing decision. Without a shadow of a doubt, a mobile optimised hero image offers far greater legibility and makes the process of shopping online a whole lot less frustrating for the consumer.
